MJ PALMER – PERSONAL TRAINER 

From a young age I struggled with my appearance. A combination of being tall and extremely thin whilst experincing issues with food meant that I struggled to maintain and gain weight. I aspired to have a fitter and healthier physique that would enable me to feel confident and proud of who I am.

 As a novice in the gym I struggled with self confidence and felt intimidated in this environment. I spent a number of years struggling to maintain a healthy eating and fitness routine. Achieving only minimal results I decided to invest in the skills and knowledge of a local personal trainer. This is where my fitness journey began

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2012, I have worked on a freelance basis at both Soho Gyms and Bannatynes Health Clubs in Manchester. 

I have over 6 years experience working with clients who both inspire me to push boundaries and reaffirm my passion for health and fitness on a daily basis. By working in holistic partnership with my clients, we have achieved some fantastic results.

I’m now proud to be part of the Gymbox family based in Covent Garden, London.

WEIGHT LOSS

I will design the perfect fat loss program to meet your needs, taking into account your vital statistics, diet, lifestyle and personal requirements.
Each package is designed to be progressive and challenging, pushing you to reach your goals. Nutritional guidance and support will be given as well as focusing on building strength, mobility and overall wellbeing.

MUSCLE BUILD

Designed to focus on your target areas as well as building a strong and mobile body.
I will design a resistance program taking into account your strengths and weaknesses using a variety of methods and techniques that will push your limits, work you hard and get you lean and ripped!

FITNESS & WELLBEING

This package can be combined with the Muscle Build and Fat Loss Programs.
If you are working to improve your overall fitness towards an event or competition or simply want to improve your overall health, then this is the package for you.
Increase your lung, heart and mental well-being as well as using a vast array of fitness techniques both indoors and outdoors.

SPORTS SPECIFIC

Are you an athlete or a sports person? Then this could be the package for you.
Each of these programs is designed to focus on your chosen sports physiological needs and to optimise your performance. We will focus on speed, strength and power as well as improving your agility, coordination and balance.
